W. Randolph Hodges : ウィキペディア英語版 | W. Randolph Hodges William Randolph Hodges, often styled as W. Randolph Hodges, (February 5, 1914 – November 20, 2005) was an American politician. Born in Cedar Key, Florida, he went to the University of Florida. Hodges was a commercial fisherman. He also owned an appliance and marine store and an ice plant. He served as a Levy County, Florida commissioner and as mayor of Cedar Key. From 1952 until 1961, he served in the Florida State Senate for the 21st District and was president of the senate. He then served as Florida state conservation director from 1962 until 1974. His son was Gene Hodges who served in the Florida House of Representatives and his granddaughter was Dana Young who also served in the Florida House of Representatives.
